Seventeen FFA members went to Osceola to judge livestock, horses and soils at South Central career development event day. They enjoyed the day and learned new skills for the future.

Today, September 17, 2024, we were notified that a Melcher-Dallas bus, transporting students to school, was involved in an accident. The bus hit some loose gravel and entered a ditch as a result. The students and the driver are safe and emergency vehicles are on the scene. Minor injuries are being treated. Parents and guardians have been notified.
