Just a reminder that Melcher-Dallas will make up all hours that are missed this year. Schools are required to complete 1080 hours of instruction, which is exactly how many we scheduled. So far we have 5 days of school to make up. Currently the last day will be May 23rd.

The heaviest snowfall rates are expected in central Iowa around the time of the evening commute, making travel more difficult during this time. The snow will be dry and powdery, making it highly susceptible to blowing and drifting.
